I am not prepared to keep quiet, on account of \u201cloyalty\u201d to the team, about something I consider unjust or something I am explicitly against. For me, team loyalty primarily means being able to publicly express our disagreements without worrying about \u201chow this will look to the group\u201d. It will look authentic.
