This online handbook is created as an online support tool for practitioners with previous knowledge and skills of groupwork with adults on issues of dealing with conflict and peacebuilding. This online version contains what was published in 2018. in the printed version. We intend to regularly update the content adding newly designed methods as we develop them in the future.
The handbook cannot replace knowledge and skills acquired through participation at the Training for Trainers and the learning process of practical work in team with more experienced. The handbook is not a book of recipes but should be an incentive for the development of your own ideas. It is necessary to readjust and reshape methods to your own reality, to fit the needs of groups you work with and your teams capacities.
