Definitions of Conflict
Materials: Paper/card, multiple sheets for each participant Exercise description The participants take one or more cards and legibly write out their answer to the question: “What is conflict?” They write one answer per card. Then all the cards are laid out on the floor or put up on the wall. Everyone comes up to read them. Then everyone takes a card (but not one of their own) and goes back to their seat in the circle. A few participants are called on to read from the card they took and say whether they agree with it and whether they would change anything.
