Rotating Threes

Groups of three chairs are set up to make a circle (see illustration). Participants that make up the group of three are divided into person A, person B and person C. The chairs may be marked as A, B and C. The groups of three discuss a given issue.

After the time is up, they switch places: persons A move one place clockwise and persons B one place in the opposite direction, thereby forming new discussion groups of three. They rotate for each new discussion question.
